Thought Field Therapy, or TFT, is a revolutionary, safe, non-invasive brief therapy technique that has been developed and refined over the last twenty-five years by California Psychologist, Dr. Roger Callahan. During a Thought Field Therapy session, the client is asked to think about a specific issue that is troublesome. This is commonly an anxiety, a phobia, past trauma, loss, grief, or feelings of anger, depression or physical pain. (Typically, the client has been stuck in these feelings for a long time and knows that their feelings are irrational, but other therapies have not helped.)

The client is then asked to quantify their feelings on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 representing the most intense feelings of upset. Next, the patient is asked to tap on his or her own body in specific places, or energy points, in a specific order. The most surprising thing for clients and therapists alike is that this method really does work. The client typically tries but cannot get back the original feeling of upset about the identified issue.

Suzanne has trained over 2000 professionals around the world to use TFT. She is an experienced mental health professional with thousands of hours treating patients with TFT.

"Before too much time passes or I forget, I wanted to let you know how much J. and I thoroughly enjoyed your class. You are an excellent teacher Suzanne. Many teachers would be pard pressed to hold people's attention for 2 days. You did so with ease and grace. It was a pleasure to spend those 2 days with you.
So thankyou. I learned so much. Hope to see you again."
